She has many years of experience as an external legal department of an internationally active Swiss company in the IT sector (software) and has drawn up a wide variety of contracts for them and their 20+ subsidiaries. In addition, she represented this company in contract negotiations with numerous national and international customers, including banks, insurances and state-owned entities. She advises and represents corporate customers in the IT industry regarding the protection of intellectual property. In particular, she covers trademark, company name and copyright law and data protection issues, as well as general questions about commercial and corporate law. In addition to her many years of experience in the areas of IT and business law, she never lost her active involvement in criminal law. She worked for the Zurich district attorney’s office (today the public prosecutor’s office) and for many years primarily represented victims of violence but also many defendants in criminal proceedings and in court. She works both as a consultant and as a litigator.
